Top Cebuano businessmen and two top design firms have now begun pre-selling a New York-inspired 38-storey residential condominium at the Cebu IT Park called 38 Park Avenue.
This joint venture under El Camino Developers Cebu, Inc. is a partnership between Cebu Landmasters, Gothong Southern Properties, Acrissor Development Corp., and RKD Property Holdings Inc. with Cebu Landmasters as the lead developer.
“As Cebuanos, we know Cebu best,” said Bob Gothong of the Gothong Southern Properties. “This is our market. We know what works, what we Cebuanos look for and at what price.”
Ric King of Acrissor Development Corp. and Darren Deen of of RKD Property Holdings Inc. agreed their Cebuano connection and collaboration promises a project that will make Cebuanos proud.
The 38 Park Avenue will be located in the last 1.17 hectare patch of green of Cebu I.T. Park, Cebu’s most prime and expensive real estate property, said CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose R. Soberano III.
“We are pioneering the introduction of New York-style high rise & open park living here in Cebu. With 38 Park Avenue, we hope to take the Metro to the next level,” he said.
The mixed-use urban park concept highlights three main components – a high-rise Residential Condo, an open green retail park called The Plaza and a future office building. It will become one of the imposing landmarks in the city. Master-planned by Callison RTKL, the world’s top design consultant, and Aidea, the Philippines #1 architectural firm, the project will deliver a proudly Cebuano-led project with world-class standards.
